Does anyone know the recipe for the Eclairs in this Movie?
Has anyone ever seen the movie "Simply Irresistible" it stars Sean Patrick Flanery, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Patricia Clarkson, Dylan Baker, and Larry Gilliard Jr. Just some of the main characters. Its about: A young restaurant owner/chef named Amanda (Gellar) who has always longed to make amazing food just like her mother. She then meets Tom (Flanery) who is shyed away from love but manages to fall in love with the food Amanda cooks up for him. They spend of the rest of the movie having laughs, food encounters, and falling in love. What I want to know is..does anyone know the recipe that was used to make the eclairs that she cooks and becomes famous for?? I would love to make them and I can’t find the recipe anywhere.
