I am looking for a marinated tequila recipe – with jalepeno and other stuff?
I originally saw it in the cook book "CHILI PEPPER"
by the guy that has the coyote grill restaurant.

I infuse liquor a lot at my house…
Literally whatever flavor you like just fill a pitcher with it… whether it is peppers or apples or whatever. Then you pour in a bottle of whatever liquor you like. Then let it sit over night. Then voila… you have your own infused liquor.
