Euro Pro Food Processor

I am a beef steak addict and have been spending way too much money at the restaurants. I am trying to solve my problem my making the beef steak myself, but the steaks would come out too well done and too dry. And the ingredients I put on them are simple so they taste blek! Can you please let me know a simple way to make a tender juicy beef steak:
- How to buy meat? Type, quality and thickness?
- Ingredients?
- Preparation?
- Cooking method?

I am a total novice in cooking, so please be very plain in your cook terminology and give me a simple direction. I cannot remember all the steps like a pro chef.

My daughter fell in love with banana pudding during a vacation in the South over Christmas and keeps asking for it now. I’m a lousy cook so I’d like to find a restaurant or bakery or something that sells it for a treat for her.

The meat in restaurant served barbecued or oven baked spare ribs/ baby back ribs is so tender that the meat strips are easily separated even with just a fork. I want to cook this on Christmas. Suggestions please.

I use to get this to die for pancake at I restaurant where i use to live, it was a pancake that was cooked in the oven and it had apples. Does anyone have a good recipe to help me out with this craving? I would love to make it for Christmas morning breackfast. Thank you in advance.

ok for christmas I am planning on cooking a very special meal for my girlfriend and she loves italian. I was planning on taking her to a very nice restaurant but I know that she would like a meal I cooked a lot more.
