Euro Pro Food Processor

I’m going to Thailand in a couple of weeks and am wondering about the food: I’m a vegetarian and love Thai food in the UK, where there’s lots of choice because they can use tofu instead of meat.

But my question is, when I am Thailand with real Thai cuisine will I be able to get tofu dishes or is that just a western thing that restaurants in the UK do to cater for western vegetarians?

When I go there I always ask for that specific dish, it’s yummy!! but I also love to cook and I was wondering if anybody out there has the recipe for this, or at least something similar, thanks for your help!
